This policy explains what personal data Vectora collects through this website, why, and the choices you have. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to respond to you.

This website is operated by Vectora (the “we” in this policy), the project behind Vectora LAI. Vectora is the data controller for the personal data described here. You can reach us at any time at [email protected] for any question about this policy or your data. This policy will be updated with our full legal entity details once our company is registered.
We only collect what you choose to give us. When you submit the access-request form, we collect the information you enter: your name, your work email, your company, your role (optional), and any message you add (optional). We do not ask for, and do not want, special-category or sensitive personal data — please don’t include any in the free-text field.
We also collect basic, aggregated traffic statistics through Cloudflare Web Analytics (for example, which pages are viewed and roughly where visits come from). This analytics is privacy-first and does not use cookies, does not fingerprint you, and does not build a profile of you across sites.
We use the information from the form for one purpose: to read your request, reply to you, and, where relevant, to discuss working together. Under the EU/UK GDPR, our legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us and in operating a business, and, where you initiate the request, taking steps at your request before any agreement. Our legal basis for aggregated analytics is our legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used so we can improve it. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.
This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Cloudflare Web Analytics, which we use to measure traffic, is cookieless by design. If we introduce any non-essential cookies in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We rely on a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf, under contract and only on our instructions:
These providers are based in the United States, so your data may be processed there. Where required, such transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards (for example, the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses). We may also disclose data where we are legally required to do so.
We keep the information from your request for as long as needed to handle it and to maintain a relationship you’ve initiated with us — and no longer than necessary. If a request does not lead to any relationship, we delete it once it is clearly no longer relevant. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
Depending on where you live, you have rights over your personal data. In the EU/UK these include the right to access your data, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive a copy in a portable format. To exercise any of these, email us at [email protected]. If you believe we have handled your data improperly, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
This site is intended for professionals and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
We may update this policy as Vectora evolves — notably to add our registered company details, and if our data practices change. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be made clear on this page.
